    An extremely high scoring European grand prix for Andy puts him very much into the midfield with an identical total to myself. Lee skips back into third place, and Kimball falls to the bottom following Sam's vindictive return, but not getting ahead of Sara who grabs sixth place.

    We head to Silverstone in two weeks time to see the new track layout. With the potential for rain and a number of very equal looking cars at the front of the grid, it should be an exciting one. Get your options in before qualifying on the 10th.

      FF1 results for the British Grand Prix



      Well who'd have thought; Vettel a liability after grabbing pole, Eyebrows suffering an extremely unlucky penalty, and Jenson Button finishing 11 places above his qualifying position. A bit of a top scoring week for Andy and myself, at least compared to others, and... well what can you say about Sam this week. 1 point. Somehow I doubt anyone will trump that for the lowest score of the season.

      Button grabs the highest driver total this week, whilst Alonso grabs the joint-lowest score of the season with -15 (though he's also had the highest, with 44 back at Monaco). There were good points from the midfielders this week too, with Kobayashi, Liuzzi and Barrichello all taking good hauls. Even new boy Sakon Yamamoto, standing in for the sidelined Bruno Senna takes 8 for managing to get his HRT to the end without stopping for hydraulic fluid. Ferrari had a torrid time of it, with both of their drivers losing out horribly thanks to racing incidents and downright stubbornness (for anyone wondering, they were repeatedly told by race control to allow Kubica to re-pass Alonso after an illegal overtaking incident before the angry, angry Spaniard was given a penalty).
